Scams a plenty out there folks, so beware here are some of the latest.

• Residents in assisted living and long term care patients have been tricked into leaving their room, then stealing from their room.


• Free Gas for Year??? Car dealers promising free gas? This was actually a bait and switch swindle.  The BBB has exposed this fraud and the car dealers are no longer swindling customers on false promises.


• Free Credit Report Scam – This one is still around with offers for your free credit report; it is actually a gimmick to get you sign up for a year of credit monitoring service with Experian.
